Getting Started

First, we will connect you with one of American Transitions’ Relocation Counselors to discuss your relocation. Based on your initial discussion, the counselor will then coordinate all of the service providers you require and be available to you throughout the entire process until you are settled in at your new community. Our counseling services are complimentary when you select the providers in our network.

Real Estate Services

Our nationwide network of professional agents includes the best in senior real estate services.  American Transitions will arrange for you to interview two of our network real estate professionals and select the one that is best suited to you. An American Transitions’ Relocation Counselor will contact you regularly with all updates and feedback on the status of the sale.

Home Staging and Downsizing

Working with our expansive network of service providers, we will arrange a free consultation to discuss downsizing, decluttering and home staging. We will also help you with floor planning, space matching and sorting. Not moving everything? The team at American Transitions can connect you with an estate sale agent, qualified auctioneer, charity house or moving and storage company

Senior Living Communities
