Service Providers

American Transitions carefully selects the top real estate agents, personal move consultants and moving companies from national, regional, and local firms based on their experience, outstanding service, and demonstrated results.

We do not participate in any contractual networks, allowing us to remain impartial and to only select the highest performing service provider’s in each market. Each selected providers performance metrics and customer service scores, for example – are continually reviewed and analyzed each quarter to ensure the highest standards of performance for all of our customers.

None of our approved providers are ever guaranteed a referral. They must earn each opportunity based on their historical performance.

All of our approved providers are required to sign a “Standards of Performance” agreement, and our expectations are high. Each ‘standard’ outlines specific service elements designed to give each customer an unmatched relocation service experience.
